picking up on this meme as I think it drives to the heart of the
concept of RT and plays into the pmc in general

Jeff hammered a lot on what it means to be RT and what the vision was,
etc etc and I think we all lose that thread occasionally so I suspect
the time is right to discuss once more.

What would make it more relevant to ECF and each project in general?
Should we even try to make it more relevant that RT present some sort
of unified front?

just tossing out that discussion point :)
