Re: [rt-pmc] [MUST READ] missing legal files in Indigo

Hi Thomas,

Apparently, this bundle (binary and source) has been built and included by the Gyrex project (see comment 17 on the bug). I added the missing legal files in our CVS so that the next Gyrex build should have them included. Although it was not intended by us to deliver these bundles, it's ok to have them included in Indigo if they are used by Gyrex. The code is IP-clean and stable. However, Gyrex will have to re-build their contribution.

Regards, Ralf

If any of your bundles show up in the list attached to that bug, you will not be able to release as part of Indigo. See http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/cross-project-issues-dev/msg06006.html

Ralf, you should ping Ian Bull (CC'ed here) about the RAP sandbox bundles. My guess is that you have some optional or dynamic imports that are pulling in the extra bundles. Someone should be able to examine the p2 metadata to determine who that is.

Thanks for pointing to this bug. Yes, RAP was on this list, the
affected bundles have been fixed.

But I discovered one strange thing: there are two bundles from the RAP
sandbox mentioned in this bug which are not meant to be included in
the Indigo repository but somehow found their way into it. Does anyone
know which project includes these bundles? Or how to find out which
feature contains them?

Ralf
