I'm trying to refrain from wasting more time debating who is imposing what on such and such project. I will state that this is not necessarily going to be a walk in the park for the Equinox project to consume a new build in the 11th hour of RC4. Another option for Equinox would be to simply take what we got already from the May 18th build from ECF (since what we got does have about.html files). But we are trying to accommodate this firedrill so that we can have consistent versions of ECF in all of Indigo.
