[rt-pmc] PMC call time change?

So the thread on call participation appears to be turning into a request to move the call to 0930-1030 ET. Tom will have to leave early but other than that, any other comments/conflicts? I'm all for it if it means that more people will be able to attend.

Stepping back, the goal here is to increase/ease participation. If moving by 30 min does that, great. If we need to look at a bigger change to get real gains in participation then that's fine with me as well.
