Cole Markham was nominated by Austin Riddle as follows:
Cole Markham has been a contributor to the RAP project since 2009. He works
for the Texas Center for Applied Technology and has designed
RAP applications for emergency response and training environments.

He has contributed various security and tooling patches to the project and
is an active participant in the newsgroup. Cole would be an excellent
addition to the team and has expressed interest in working on tooling, the
RAP 2.0 protocol, Android support, performance enhancements and user
scalability.

Cole is an excellent software developer and I am thankful for his interest
in becoming a committer.
