I think this page should offer a synopsis of RT, and for that purpose the paragraphs should rather show how projects fit into the big picture than what features they have. Noone reads through long texts on a website anyway, and the details are just one click away. But maybe it would make sense to add a "more..." link that brings more details? With JQuery, it's easy to show/hide another paragraph of text.
