In quick words:

- running a half day of a symposia is a good idea
- running it unconferenced like last year I think worked fairly well
- it keeps the organization overhead to a minimum and still allows people to get involved, ask questions etc.

- the tutorial last year was only partially a tutorial (I was a little taken by surprise because I had a different expectation)
- some people were giving an overview from their large collection of slideware (which is fine but not a tutorial)
- I think something like either hands on tutorial or democamp style where you dont show more than 10 slides and the rest are demos, IDE or RT technology in action would be great
- so something like giving everyone 30 minutes, cut them off after 29 min 50 seconds, and limit the no of slides to 10 would be better I believe :-)

I liked the setup of the SAP demo camp, (with the exception that 15 minutes was not enough) maybe they want to run it :-)

but thats just my 2 cent.....
