Great suggestion - thanks!
I've logged bugs 310217/8/9 for starters to cover the 3 Felix services which
should be replaced by Equinox equivalents after the baseline release. Note that
I've used the keywords "consistency" and "plan" for ease of finding these bugs
later - seemed more maintainable than a separate wiki page.
Can you give PMC approval now please?
