Yes (although we are using git and not svn ;-) ).

Over time, it depends on whether the SpringSource Enterprise Bundle Repository
is transferred to Eclipse, but I agree with your sentiment that Virgo should
fall in line with normal Eclipse practice over time.

Agreed. A better plan would be to rebase Virgo on vanilla Tomcat 7 and put that
in Orbit.

The changes were made in the Tomcat 7.0.x stream and later backported to 6.0.x,
so the changes have *already* been picked up for Tomcat 7.0.x.
