Re: [rt-pmc] [CQ 3915] Jetty (Subset) Version: 6.1.23

As a new PMC member, I have a procedural question. This CQ has PMC_Approved flagged as '?' with Jesse McConnell's email address in brackets afterwards. Does this mean that (a) only Jesse can approve, (b) any PMC member(s) can approve, but Jesse must also approve, or (c) any PMC member(s) can approve and Jesse is simply a suggested approver?
