ok, so the deal is:
* we check in the source files attached to this and the sister issue into
eclipse SVN under another trunk/tag/branch setup.
* we put patches in this build shell we wrap around this and generate
org.eclipse.jetty.jsp:jsp-api-2.1-glassfish:9.1.1.B60.25.p1 artifact bundles
* when glassfish issues a new tag, we diff and attach to a new CQ to _upgrade_
the version we are patching and adjust any patches accordingly.
this will give us IP verified jsp artifacts that we (jetty team) publish as jsp
artifacts into maven central _and_ make available for use with jetty (and
anyone else that wants to use them)
