[rt-pmc] Draft Equinox release review slides

PMC, attached is a draft of the Equinox
release review slides for the Galileo release (due tomorrow, May 29th).
Feel free to augment any of the sections if there is any missing information.
In particular I suspect there are more details that could be added to the
"non-code aspects" and "standards participation" sections
that I'm not aware of. Thanks to Olivier Thomann for generating API diffs,
and to Tom Watson for providing text descriptions of API changes and deprecations.
