I think that I (unix id rherrmann) should show up as project co-lead for the RAP project in the foundation database. There was a request for nomination on the RT-PMC mailing list early December 2008 ("[rt-pmc] [vote] Nomination of Rüdiger Herrmann as co-lead for RAP").
