Er...the short answer is no :-).  A whole bunch of reasons....

1)  When you were part of "technology", we did not need to expressly seek PMC
approval...it was deemed approved unless there was an express objection.  Now
that you are part of higher level RT project, you will have to seek PMC
approval from *your* PMC on any CQ you enter....whether it's this one or a new
one that you enter.  I'll do that now by sending this to PMC for +1 :-)

2)  PMC approval and IP approval are unique:  approval from one doesn't
guarantee the approval of the other.  

3)  This CQ comes up in queue WAY before CQ2619.  Assuming the code is the
same, I'll suggest to the owners of CQ2619 that they piggyback off this one so
it can be approved as soon as this one is.  :-)
