[rt-pmc] PMC meeting tomorrow

According to the RT calendar[1] we have a PMC call tomorrow morning.  We 
fell out of practice in having these calls but it is time that we get 
things rolling and make RT real.  This is a bit short notice but if you 
can make it, that would be great.
