[rmf-dev] Please use git-flow for development

Hello all,

Before you check out the code (and certainly before committing), please
check out git flow:

Let's follow this process for the time being.  But specifically, this
means that you are probably not interested in the branch master, but in
the branch develop.  Please note that we commit only to master when we
plan a release.
