[riena-dev] Commit rights for Elias Volanakis have been expired

Christian Campo has expired the commit rights for Elias Volanakis
(evolanaki).  The reason for this change is:

Elias has left the Riena team some time ago. He has contributed a lot of
the current ridgets implementation and subclass structure. He contributed
many many cool things over the years. I'd like to promote him to Committer
Emeritus to acknowledge that.

To honor Elias's contributions to the project, Christian Campo has
nominated Elias for Committer Emeritus status.
