[riena-dev] Commit rights for Juergen Becker have been expired

Christian Campo has expired the commit rights for Juergen Becker (jbecker).
 The reason for this change is:

Juergen did a lot of valuable work for Riena in the past. He has however
decided to leave the Riena topic and move to new interesting challenges. So
I'd like to remove him from the list of committers.
