[riena-dev] Commit rights for Carsten Drossel have been expired

Christian Campo has expired the commit rights for Carsten Drossel
(cdrossel).  The reason for this change is:

Carsten did have the time to add to Riena for a long time now. So I choose
to remove him from the list of committers.
