[riena-dev] New wiki page - Migrating to 3.0 from 2.0

Hi riena-dev,

I've created a 'migration page' for 3.0. I'll be documenting some
breaking changes there (done while single-sourcing). Please remember
to add your own future API breaking changes there as well. Of course
we still try do avoid breaking APIs, except when necessary.
