[riena-dev] Commit rights for Uwe Teutscher have been expired

rt.riena Committers,
Christian Campo has expired the commit rights for Uwe Teutscher
(uteutsche).  The reason for this change is:

Uwe has been a committer since the beginning of Riena. Although he
contributed many ideas, he never came around to actually produce code (and
thats not going to change anytime soon). So we are removing him from the
official committer list.
