M3 is the last milestone before we start with release candidate very soon

The IPLog was submitted and Approved. So no further contributations or patches can go into Riena 1.2.0. Committers can 
still fix bugs but a code contribution from a non committer would require to resubmit the IPLog which sometimes goes 
very quick (like this time) but could take longer and we definitly want to release in mid december....
