FYI, equinox moved to the runtime repository.

This affects us because we use org.eclipse.equinox.cm and
org.eclipse.equinox.log

At some point in the near future (after M4 ?) we should start using the
code from the new repository. This means adjusting the .psf files / .map
files and udpating the two projects in our workspaces.
