[riena-dev] Commit rights for Sebastian Stanossek have been expired

Christian Campo has expired the commit rights for Sebastian Stanossek
(sstanosse).  The reason for this change is:

Sebastian has contribute a lot of knowledge to the current Riena code and
some components that we are about to send in as CQs. He is currently
dedicated to another project and wont probably return until end of year
(not sure if he returns then).

To honor Sebastian Stanossek's contributions to the project, Christian
Campo has nominated Sebastian Stanossek for Committer Emeritus status.
