the first screenshot (not being able to download Tycho from Maven
Central) suggests that you have some kind of network/download trouble as
do some of the others (ArtifactTransferException).

If your network connection is flaky, mirroring everything in the target
platform may be the way to go. I'll see if I can give you a HOWTO later.
(Need to first figure out how to do this with Tycho myself.)
