Hi,

My name is Chris and I'm really interested in a few of the available projects for GSoC. I'm a 4th year undergrad from Canada and I'm currently working on Eclipse for UCOSP (UCOSP is a program where Canadian students get university credit for working on an open source project under the advising of a mentor, somewhat similar to GSoC), so I’m very familiar with Eclipse. While I can honestly say I'm interested in all of the proposals,  I'm heavily interested in the Workspace-Local Code Search and the Social Snippets proposals (especially Social Snippets). I read through the mailing list archives, and it seems like there have been some inquiries about the Workspace-Local Code Search. In the case of the Social Snippets do you have any more information, tips, or advice? I'm playing around with Snip Match and I think I have some solid ideas. Thanks so much,
