I've set up a project planning board:
This board shows issues from _all_ our repos in one place. It should be
writable for all committers, and viewable for anyone.
This does not replace the use of the issue trackers or the assigning of
milestones to issues, but it is an additional visual tool that will make
it a bit easier to track things goes into which release.
I'll probably tweak it a bit as I go along. If you have ideas on how to
improve it, let me know.
PS I am also planning to do some rigorous cleaning up of the issue
backlog. I will be employing the "squeek" system to determine if an
issue is still relevant (that is, I just close things and see if someone
