[rcptt-users] Update site for RCPTT

Hello,

I am willing to use RCPTT but could not find an update site for it.
I wish to use it in my developement environment, not to download and use a dedicated IDE from page https://www.eclipse.org/rcptt/download/

Is there an update site available somewhere?

By the way, the links on page https://www.eclipse.org/rcptt/support/ to the forum and mailing lists are not working. Which explains why there is so little activity on these.
