Hi all,

 

Renesas are using RCPTT for our UI regression test suite for our product (e2 studio) and have been having problems executing RCPTT with recent platform releases. (Just migrating to Java 17)

We are using this for our product and have quite a large set of automated test cases which are now no longer working.

 

There appears a few bugs in the system which relate to this so I think we are not alone:

Is anyone actively looking into this problem?

If we can help in some way – please reach out to us.

 

I think we have nearly decided to migrate away from RCPTT now as this seems to be a continual problem and very few updates being made to this project.

But it would be great to understand if there is active work here and if there is anything we can do to assist it.
