Please review my (very simple) fix

The function _toCssFont does not properly handle font-names which
contain white-spaces and therefore should be put under quotes, which
is resolved by this patch.

I gave it a try, and threre still seem to be issues left when using
webfonts within RAP (I get measurement issues even for already loaded
fonts).
