Between artifacts.jar and the original artifacts.jar.0 there's only one difference: The new one contains the download.stats attributes for the download statistics. But I doubt that this has any consequences for the 'artifact' org.eclipse.rap.sdk.feature.feature.group, because this one is just a IU and not part of any artifacts.xml at all.

Anyhow, I'm thankful that it works for you now. Let me know if there are any other problems in that area.

I’m unable to consume the build because artifact org.eclipse.rap.sdk.feature.feature.group cannot be found. Did you manipulate the artifacts.xml by any chance? I see an artifacts.jar.0 in there and the actual artifacts.xml does not contain a ‚org.eclipse.rap.sdk.feature.feature.group‘ IU. However, the content.xml does.

Note that this last release candidate won't be published at the end of the week; instead it will be renamed and published as the "final" 2.3.0 build after quiet week if we don't find any blocking issues.
