[rap-dev] RAP 2.3.0 RC4 - candidate for Luna RC4

Hi RAP Team,

our last release candidate waits for testing: RAP 2.3.0 RC4.

Note that this last release candidate won't be published at the end of the week; instead it will be renamed and published as the "final" 2.3.0 build after quiet week if we don't find any blocking issues.

The build candidate is available as p2 repository from the following locations:
