RAP 2.3.0 M3 is now available...

- Our p2 repositories have been enabled...

- The target definition for the RAP Tools has been updated (and tested!)

- The main artifacts have been pushed to Maven Central (not yet sychnonised, but should appear there soon)

Nearly done... website update is missing.
