[rap-dev] Dirigible is Open-Sourced

I am happy to let you know that our project Dirigible, which extensively uses RAP framework for its IDE part, is now open sourced.

We have more than 4 years of internal development based on RAP, which we recognize as the most reliable, intuitive and powerful framework for creating tooling, administration and configuration user interfaces in the Web.
