For everyone working on the RAP Tools 2.0 source code:

I've changed all bundles (+IDs), projects, build files in order to solve this bug for the next milestone:

Bug 392430 - [Tools] Rename rap.ui.* bundles into rap.tools.*

If you were working on the source code of any of the RAP Tools projects, you will need to pull the latest changes from Git and then you have to re-import the projects from disk.
