[rap-dev] building the RAP Incubator components

Hi all,

over the last couple of days I spent some time on the automation of the RAP Incubator builds whenever I had free cycles. There are still some issues open, but I thought I'll let you know that there is progress (see [1]). Today I added initial Hudson jobs for

* clientscripting
* cnf
* nebula-grid
* tabbed-properties
* visualization

and will work on the remaining components soon.
