[rap-dev] RAP Workbench Demo

Hi folks,

the "RAP Workbench Demo" [1] on the Demos page [2] is a 404 for some
time now. Each time I direct somebody to that demo page they comment
about it :-|.

Would it be possible to comment it out (or alternatively add a message
- "Currently OFFLINE") ?
