[rap-dev] Project co-lead switch 
Dear RAP developers,

I would like to nominate Ralf Sternberg as co-lead for the RAP project instead 
of Jochen Krause. As Jochen has been involved in other topics and Ralf is closer 
to the daily project work, I think this is a natural progression. Please vote 
here.
