Hi all,

we're happy to announce that Milestone 5 of RAP 1.3 is now available
for download. For details, see

As always, the RAP Tooling (which includes the Runtime SDK) is
available from the update site:
  http://download.eclipse.org/rap/rt/1.3/tooling

We also provide a Runtime SDK Repository for those who like to
install their target platform directly from a repository. For details see
  http://www.eclipse.org/rap/downloads/runtime-install.php

You need to use this repository for 1.3:
  http://download.eclipse.org/rt/rap/1.3/runtime
