It is open source, part of e4 XWT documentation :-)
I will come back when the war is ready to be deployed, there is no code, yet...
It is just good to know that you are willing to host the app!

Are there any other restrictions?

Even though this is a rather unusual request, we could consider hosting it if the demo is open source.
To get at better idea of what the demo looks like, could you provide a screen shot or even better a WAR file?
