Thanks everybody for the response.
Google visualization APIs look awesome.. But an application may not have access to internet.
Does google provide the APIs as jar file?
Is there any licensing involved for using those APIs ?

I believe there's code coming to the RAP Incubator that uses Google
Visualizations API:

Maybe that can help you.
Cheers,

Side note: when using google vizualization API your chart data (i.e.
numbers) are sent to a google webservice which returns an image.
Depending on the nature of your data this may not or may be a problem.
Apart from that I think the google viz APIs rock.
Elias.
