[qvto-dev] Project Lead election for Christopher Gerking on Eclipse QVT

A project lead election for Christopher Gerking on project Eclipse QVT
Operational (modeling.mmt.qvt-oml) was started by Ed Willink with this
criteria:

Christopher Gerking is the strongest participant on the QVTo project being
responsible for all non-releng bug fixes in the last couple oy years.

The current project leader is unfortunately unable to contribute any more.

For these reasons and the long-term outlook for their involvement on the
team, it is my pleasure to nominate Christopher Gerking as project lead
