[qvto-dev] Jenkins Shell Job

Hi

There is now a https://ci.eclipse.org/qvt-oml/job/shell/ on the QVTo 
JIPP. It may be used to execute a single shell command with 
genie.qvt-oml privileges which is enough to get past most of the legacy 
bad file protections.

You can inspect the parameters of the last two entries to see how I 
first executed

   ls -la 
/home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/mmt/qvto/updates/milestones/zz*

to check what I was doing before executing

   rm -rf 
/home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/mmt/qvto/updates/milestones/zz*

to lose some files that I couldn't delete interactively..
