[qvto-dev] Archive index.php files

Hi

OCL, QVTo, QVTd archived releases had an additional custom index.php 
added to provide a directory browser.

After a query on cross-project-dev, it was pointed out that the default 
archive.eclipse.org 404 page also offers directory browsing and other 
things.

I have therefore deleted the custom index.php files.

If https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=539182 is addressed, 
the default page may be a bit better.
