David has declared M3 complete, but I see no M3 on http://www.eclipse.org/mmt/downloads/index.php?project=qvto, indeed no build since M2 which was sufficiently broken for me as to potentially justify an M2a.

The most recent Hudson build (N201311111201) was started by an SCM change. No sign of any +2 attempt at an S-build.
