[qvto-dev] Build problems

Hi

OCL, QVTo and QVTd are all reporting Hudson test failures. OCL has some 
failures on just the classic Ecore that has had no changes. I've 
reported one bad EMF regression 
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=403289) that was 
introduced yesterday; right timing but I don't think it's the problem. 
It doesn't seem like the usual Hudson temperamentality so I suspect 
there is something nasty going on with the platform migration to Tycho.

I've disabled the QVTo branch tests to freeze a good Workspace in case 
we need some kind of reference.

[I've added asanchez and removed mward/rdvorak from the authorized 
uswers of all 3 jobs.]
