[qvtd-dev] Null annotations

Hi

Since starting to use external null annotations I am seeing some quite 
peristent compiler errors whereby for instance an @Override is reported 
as not an @Override.

These are baffling on working code. It appears that a 
Refresh/Restart/RebuildAll cycle may be needed more often than in the 
past. Changing GIT commits across an external annotation change is 
perhaps a trigger.

Some related problems are known to the JDT team.
