Hi

The latest QVTd N-build has the missing AS2CS support for middle bottom 
pattern variables.

However do not install it without the latest OCL N-build which moves the 
model loading for the editor to a worker thread avoiding a UI freeze. If 
you neglect the OCL N-build, the QVTd editors stall with a /* Please 
wait */ content.
