[ptp-user] Synchronization error

Hello,
I have a synchronized project. During synchronization I get the error
An internal error occurred during: "Remote Synchronization".
org/eclipse/jgit/ignore/IgnoreRule
I don't have any resource filters applied to the project, so why the
problems with IgnoreRule?
I have Eclipse CDT with PTP 8.1.2 and EGit 4.0.1.
