Re: [ptp-user] no directory to compile SDM

Download the SDM source from here: http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ptp/updates/mars/ptp-sdm-9.0.0.zip

Hi again,

I want to compile SDM for execution on my local system.
I looked in the help pages for PTP (http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/release_notes/9.0#Customizing_the_PTP_Debugger)
it says:

To build from source:

  1. Change to the org.eclipse.ptp.debug.sdm_9.0.x.yyyymmddhhmm directory

There is a org.eclipse.ptp.linux_9.0.0.201506101404.jar file but no corresponding directory.

In fact the relevant jar file is org.eclipse.ptp.debug.sdm_9.0.0.201506101404.jar
org.eclipse.ptp.linux_9.0.0.201506101404.jar is where I should have found the binary I suppose?

I suppose I should use this jar file to create the directory, but how?
